Please fill out this form to initiate your return or exchange:

• You must have the order number and email used at time of purchase to initiate this return/exchange
• You must have access to a printer in order to print out a return mailing label
• If you are initiating an exchange, please also reach out to us to ensure that stock is available 
• Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value
  • If lesser value: a refund for the cost difference will be issued
  • If higher value: we will treat this as a return and you are free to place a new order for the higher valued item

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order. 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. You will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
